Arms turn red when below heart
I noticed my skin recently got very red.  After some experimenting, I realized they were beat red when I held them at my sides, but when I held them over my head they returned to normal color.  Then I bent over and noticed my face got very red when it was below my heart.  The change is fast.  If I move my arm above my head, within a few seconds it will go back to normal.  I have never experienced this before.  Does anyone know what is wrong with me?  Is it something with my skin or my blood vessels?  I have an appointment on Monday, but until then I am desperately looking for answers....
