I have intermittent back pain next to the middle of my spine. There is also a small lump there. I also have intermittent leg and arm weakness, shaking hands, unsteady walking and terrible insomnia where I sleep 3-5 hours a night (I'm a 9 hour sleep gal). I also have Multiple Sclerosis and Bipolar II. The lump on my back is right next to my spine, and gets tender when pushed upon. The pain at times is also in my left hip. I recently had labs done and everything was fine except my lithium which is low. What could be the causes of all these, and are they related? 32 year old female
