Bad headache, fever and night sweats

Im an 18 year old male and 3 weeks ago I had a mild headache which turned into a possible migraine and came with fever. I took tylenol which helped little to almost nothing. After a couple nights it started to get worse I started loosing appetite, slight sensitivity to light, chills, nausea, night sweats, and some sort of unconsciousness. It persisted for 2 1/2 weeks until I took Aleve (I'm allergic to ibuprofen and acetaminophen)  a night prior to my visit to the doctor

The next morning I woke up with none of the symptoms. When I got checked it was just a body check no blood test or urine test but the doctor said I seemed fine and told me if the symptoms came back I should come back to get lab tested and blood withdrawn and spinal tap but the symptoms did not come back.

Now 3 or 4 weeks later the headache, fever, and mild night sweats have come back (the fever and a slightly harsher headache come during the evening) but now I also have whats seems to be a cold, the coughing and runny nose. And when I blow my nose sometimes there are very small blood stain. I also twist and fold a tissue to be almost the size as my nostril and stick it in whenever my nose is clogged up and when I take it out it comes out not soaked but just stained in blood around the tip but not the very tip forming a ring. I have read about similar cases on the forum that have gone undiagnosed as well. Is my case one of those cases?

I used medical cannabis on the duration of the first case since it helped ease the headache and helped me fall asleep.
I also don't want to make a visit to the doctor again and spend a good amount of money and end up with the "nothing is wrong" conclusion & I lack health insurance.

Right now, it sounds like you are dealing with a sinus infection. Drink lots of fluids, rest, and take aleve as needed for pain. The two incidents are probably not related. The first sounds as if it was an infection, and your body took care of what it needed to.

If there are persisting symptoms of infection, go to your doctor again and have them do a thorough check, including checking your immune system. This does not sound too serious as of yet, so try not to stress.

Anytime. If the infection doesn't go away, or gets worse, go to the doctor. They may be able to prescribe you something stronger than simple Dayquil to help you get better.

Possibly. Just don't shake your head horizontally! lol. I hate moving my head around when I have a sinus infection, because it can hurt.

My head hurts when I shake it horizontally as if my brain hits the wall, does that have something to do with sinus infection?
