Been to tons of doctors. With no answer please help

Here is my diagnosis (from family dr, Ent dr, psychiatrist, cardiologist)

Panic Disorder with agoraphobia

Female 26. 2 children under 4yrs. Normal weight non smoker/ no alcohol / no drugs

Medications: Xanax er.5.   Xanax .5.   And lamictal 25mg ( just started



Here are my symptoms

Head:  dizziness, lightheaded, sometimes vertigo, constant pressure in my head and ears( like wearing a very very tight hat) headaches migraine with aura(flickering lights)

Mentall: loopy "drunk" feeling very nervous and anxious, severe panic attacks constant get and anxiety

Feeling very very hyper for a few hours then extremely tired to the point I can't keep where open.. This alternates with hopelessness, extremem happiness for no reason and a very strange. Feeling like nothing is real depersonalization.  

Frequent chills.  Hot flashes, jitteriness, weakness, feeling like I'm about to pass out and minute.  Buzzing feeling in head which makes me feel like fainting

Extreme aggravation irritable during episodes of extreme tiredness..


Feeling very overwhelmed and high but I do no drugs. Feeling very hopeless like there is no explanation or cure.  

Please help cause I swear I'm going nuts.   No one can tell me why.  I've ha MRI and blood work done all normal idk what else to do!

You could be suffering from anxiety and panic disorder or due to mood disorders. You must go for a psychiatric evaluation. Apart from this hypothyroidism, PCOD, hormonal disorder, adrenal gland problem, severe anemia, etc could also be the cause. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Also absolutely no sex drive.  I don't even think about sex and it's very painful when we try it's been a few Months now my hubby is not happy about this but I don't want sex or affection at all.    Don't know if this matters or is important about all the other symptoms

I take 1/2 a tablet so .25 and tried the Xanax er but it made me too groggy. When I take the Xanax some o these symptoms get better but never go away

Maybe the Xanax might be too strong for you. Tell your doctor about these symptoms. Try eating something every two hours to even out blood sugar. Don't skip meals.
