Belly Button Pain

So for a few days now I've been having some belly button pain. The best way to describe it is that it feels like a bruised belly button, though I've done nothing to hurt it. I decided like any teen to google it, and the first things were about painful bellies if pregnant, but I'm not pregnant, and then there was appendicitis. I'm 19 and I don't have health insurance, is it possible that this is appendicitis? Or is it just an abnormal random pain that will go away on it's own so that I don't have to pay a fortune to see a doctor?
