Birth control and spotting

Hi, i starting taking birth control for the first time last week for my acne, after two days i didnt feel good being on it, especially because ihave been sick for 6 months with undiagnosable stomach and musscle problems. It has been 6 days or so off the pill now, and just today i have experinced spotting, is this normal, for just taking the pill for only two days? I also have a question about clindoxyl if possible, i just apply it to my chin but ever since i started using it my eyes hurt, they feel really strained sensitive to light and somewhat yellow crusted around the lashes, they also just ache. Sorry for all of the questions but just to throw out another one, i did a blue light acne therapy treatment three weeks ago? could this cause any eye problems, i did wear glasses, but i dunno i am quite concerned due to the fact my eyes have been bothering me for over a week and not improving.
Thanks

I went to the gyno to get the pill ortho tricyclen lo. She gave me yeast infection medicine, and on my last day on the three day treatment i got my period yet continued on with the treatment. It was a saturday and my period was real light. Sunday i took my first pill, for a sunday start. I am noticing that after my period had ended, or should of ended, more than a week later i am having black discharge, which usually it is the begginning of or ending of my period. 11 days worth of period. Is that normal with starting birth control? Or do you not think the really light discharge is spotting and is really something else?
