Bitter/Sweet

Wow!! It's a bitter sweet situation im upset this happened to me but relieved to see
im not alone. Masturbating for about 2 hours bust a nut in a towel and i see blood
lots of it, well any amount would have been too much. Get up to urinate and 2 small
clots in the toilet. So now I just dont want to sleep with my girl and she wants to kno
why but I won't tell her. Don't want to masturbate. Don't want to go to the doctor.
What the *** man this is all I need rite now.

How long before anyone got the nerve to ejaculate again??

Let me preface my post by saying I am in no way an expert in male urinary or sexual function, but noone could really answer your question for certain over the Internet without examining you.

There are MANY causes of bleeding from the penis. Probably the most common is urethritis, inflammation of the urethra, the urine tube that runs from your bladder through your penis. This tube is rather sensitive and frequent or vigorous masturbation could irritate it and cause bleeding. There are other more serious problems that could be causing it, however: a urinary tract infection (less common in men than women but still possible), an STD, kidney stones, or even (less frequently) tumors. So, if your problem continues or recurs, you absolutely must see your doctor. You needn't be embarrassed to discuss sexual matters with him/her; believe me, nurses & doctors "have heard it all!" My other bit of advice is that you should explain to your girlfriend why you don't want to have intercourse with her. If you're close enough to be intimate, you should be close enough to talk to one another!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Let me be upfront and say that this is not something that will go away if you abstain from masturbating or sex for some time. Blood in semen or hematospermia can be due several causes like  benign or malignant tumors of the prostate, bladder, testes, or seminal vesicles; infections like chlamydia, herpes, cytomegalovirus, and trichomoniasis; prostatitis (infection of prostate), epididymitis (infection of epidiymis), or urethritis;  stone in the seminal vesicles or prostate, polyps in the urethra, obstructions in ejaculation-duct, and cancers of genitourinary system. Usually the cause is prostate and is often due to a tear in one of the veins of the prostate (prostatic varices).  For most men, hematospermia is not a serious or life-threatening condition. Nonspecific  (without any cause) inflammation of the urethra, prostate and/or seminal vesicles is the commonest cause. Since there is blood in urine too, it can be inflammation of urethra which may be a STD too. Please consult an urologist. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

At first I thought you were a pervert, but I think you really should see a Dr. This could be a sign of a diease process. You could have an infection or maybe a sexual transmited diease. Bleeding or blood in the seemen is a dangerous situation. It may be something that just requires some antibodics, but you shouldn't play around (pardon the pun) with this. You may have just past or about to pass a kidney stone---but you shouldn't ignore the warning.
