Blood in Urine

does anyone know what it means when there is a small reddish color when i wipe i know its blood but what could it be from? For the last couple of days i have been having horrible pain when urinating!!! The pain will last for a couple minuets then get better but still is uncomfortable feeling. I dont think it is kidney stones because i dont have any of the side or back pains that people say are associated with kidney stones! I will probably go to the doctor today but i want to have a clue of what im telling them so any help would be great

I had the similar problem less than a year ago. Whenever i pass my urine it would be totally red for about 1 week. I was very scared so i went to the ER when i first noticed it. They did some tests including an ultra sound but did not find the cause of my syntoms. The hospital refered me to a urologist where I had to make an appointment. any way the syntoms went away before my appointment came up so I didn't bother to go. I suggest that you get the checks done as soon as possible before the syntoms go away and discourage you like what happened to me. PLEASE KEEP US UPDATED.

sounds like you could have an infection.  definitely needs to be followed up if only for antibiotics.

It isn't common to have horrible pain when urinating if you are pregnant.  Much more common would be infection, or possibly a stone.
Go to the doctor.  I've seen this same question from you all over Medhelp.  No one can tell you what it is, except a doctor who you would have to see in person.  You must be terribly uncomfortable with this, and the sooner you get diagnosed, the better.
