I think the hard time breathing may be a panic attack because of all the pain your having. I think they should get a MRI or CT scan or EEG to check for migraines and the scans to check for brain problems. It may be difficult to tell them you have brain parasite rather explain your symtoms like you told us. Since you haven't travelled outside the country it is unlikey you have the parasites that would affect the brain and eyes. But there may be other things going on that give you these symptoms. Are you taking any new medications that would have bad side effects? Have you had any fever or other body aches. Since you can't sleep because of the headaches perhaps the hissing sounds and so forth are due to hallucinations due to lack of sleep. You body can do some weird things to you. Do you think you could have hit your head where the bump is?
How long have you had these symptoms? Let me know how things go. I'm not sure about the ER. They are not so good at diagnosis but if you really can't breath then get someone to take you in. If you did go and you tell them about your head pain and show them the lump they probably will just give you some pain meds and I don't know if they would do the MRI or CT scans or not.

Ill try to schedule an appointment but since i just turned 18 i lost my insurance, the doctors might be the last stop. I feel like somethings blockin my left nostril, i feel some pressure and im having a hard time breathing. Should i go see a doctor now? How can iyou talk aboutto parasites and not sound crazy? Everytime i talked to one, they always look at me like I'm crazy or "stressed out"
Hard to say if they are related. I would start with the neurologist and see if they find anything or have any suggestions.

Pork maybe but haven't been out the country in years. I live in hartford, ct. My pelvic area and testicles have started to hurt a lot lately too, can that be related?
Have you eaten any undercooked pork? Have you traveled outside the country? What area do you live in ? There are a couple of parasites that can get into the eye and brain. I would go to a neurologist. They may do a brain scan or be able to see if it is neurological. It may be migraine but they can diagnose that as well.
