Bright blue veins in both arms

A few days ago, I noticed that the veins in my arms were bright blue, like I had drawn them on with a marker. What could cause this? Should I see my doctor?

Believe it's probably normal.  I have fair skin and you can see them also. Could be the lighting too. If you are concerned, call your doctor.

I probably wouldn't worry yet. See how it is after a few days. It could be due to the sun exposure, hydration, how much you ate, or all sorts of minor things.

If you have any other symptoms as these veins are bright then it could be something. If it look like it is protruding then I would look into it.

I know for me being pale, I see the veins all the time. Some days it look brighter, other days it will barely be there; like today I barely see the veins.
