Bump behind my ear.

I have a bump behind my ear, only I know what a lymph mode is, and i've had them swollen before. But this one feels kinda different to me then the usual one.
It's right behind my left ear, right under the ear lobe. When I touch it or chew it hurts. It feels hard and hurts when I put pressure under it.
I have been diagnosed with TMJ disorder, so if this could cause this, let me know.

That sounds like strep throat your describing go to your doctor & have them run a strep culture they will give you an antibiodic & you'll be OK.
