Bumps On Hands

I have small, almost invisible bumps on the palms of my hands and the back of my hands. They are also on my fingers and in between them. They itch and seem to thrive in warm water. They keep popping up in new places on the hands and now my boyfriend has them. Sometimes they hurt. When a new one pops up it feels like a sharp pain or fiberglass. Help?

You may have warts. I know that seems dumb, but they are transferred from one person to another by skin on skin contact. So holding hands could be why you both have them.

I also forgot to add the older ones look like they have a dark middle and the newer ones are skin colored
