Bumps on inner thighs

I noticed yesterday that I have bumps on my inner thighs (mostly on the right side). I am highly concerned about this. Lately I have not been bathing as I should do to personal depression and stresses I have been encountering. Can this be a result of that? Also a few weeks ago I noticed a big puss filled bump above my private region. I popped it and puss and blood came out. I think perhaps my eating habits or something is off because I'm getting bumps also on my face and back. Also I engaged in oral and protected vaginal sex with me being the recipient of the oral, about 2 weeks ago.

Yes, these can be caused by your stress and not bathing.  You say they are just pumps not a rash, which can develop as well from stress.
Instead of avoiding a bath when under stress, take many long relaxing tub bathes to help relieve stress.  Scrub every inch with a wash cloth to stop all other skin bumps.  Then cream to prevent drying skin.
The only part that might have come from sex is chaffing that helped dry your skin to a point the natural oil could not escape.  I am still referencing bumps only.. if you have other symptoms this may be different.
