This thing feels as if it is drying out but at the same the feels like something is biting me.As I scratch these bumps I can feel what seems to be bigger bumps under the skin.  I've shaved , I've put petroleum jelly, neosporeon, hot water seems to easy the itch but it seems to be speading out on my enter groin area Have it both on legs and alittle on testicles. Feels as if it is under skin. What else might I try for this? And what is it?

Oooh, don't use bleach on your skin.  This is an irritant.

Having looked at your picture, it does look like a lot of little spots.  Have you had the doctor to examine it?

This may be a dermatitis thing.  As you feel something biting, it may be a little bug of some sort.

Wash your clothes, pyjamas and bedding on the highest wash you can.  And vacuum your whole bed and bedroom.

It does not look like a fungal problem, but you can try an antibacterial and an antifungal cream all in one.  Your doctor should be able to prescribe this for you or you can ask your pharmacist for assistance.  If you are unable to get that, try the antifungal creams first.  As you have experienced the steroid creams do not work.

At home after washing your skin, apply natural set yogurt to the problem area (including your genitals).  You can apply this for as long as you need to.  If the antifungal and the yogurt does not work it may be a bug like scabies or some other bug causing the problem.

Don't use normal soap. Get the ones that have the same pH level as our skin.

The doctor can arrange for you to have a skin swab taken to get analysed at the lab to find out if this is caused by fungus.

Only use non biological washing detergents.
