i have been wondering the same thing. I've been using a CPAP for about 15 years. I sleep on my left side. (The right side of my nasal passage is partially blocked by a deviated septum) I went in for a checkup and they found a nodule in my left lung. I have never smoked. The only thing I can imagine is the CPAP somehow caused this. I wash the tubes and masks in peroxide, but the machine is 15 years old. Could the machine cause lung nodules???
