Calcium levels increasing with normal parathyoid Hormone levels

I have high levels of calcium in the blood and my parathyroids are functioning normally..
Currently take levothyroxine for my thyroid taken out due to pap Thyroid cancer..3 years ago
Tg  0.5 which is undetectable.

29 Dec 2010 -

  my thyroid levels -
Tsh               0.18 ( 0.4- 4.0 )
and Free T4 = 24.0 (9 -19)

What signs and symptoms do you look out for with high calcium? Some fatigue, but otherwise ok..

Here are some results

29 Dec 2010

Parathyroid Hormone: 3.3 pmol/l ( 1.7 - 7.3 )
Calcium                    2.58 mmol/l  (2.10- 2.55 ) H
Adjusted Calcium      2.40 mmol/l  (2.10 -2.55)
Albumin                      48 g/l (38- 52)

So do I have mild hypercalcemia?

Or is it my levothyroxine Free T4 (24.0) driving this?

25 Sep 2010,
Calcium / Phosphate
Calcium: 2.48 mmol/L ( 2.10 - 2.55 )
Phosphate: 1.13 mmol/L ( 0.70 - 1.50 )
Adjusted Calcium: 2.37 mmol/L ( 2.10 - 2.55 )
Albumin: 45 g/L ( 38 - 52 )

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It is possible to have high calcium and normal parathyroid hormone levels. This is starting of a parathyroid gland problem, tumor or hyperparthyroidism. Ionic calcium should be measured. Repeat the tests after a few days. Take care!

I hope you had a chance to look at the results?
My calcium was normal in Sept but in Dec it was only slight higher than normal?

If the Parathyroid levels are normal, surely they can compensate for the abnormal calcium?
