Can an increased CSF pressure (280) cause pain elsewhere with in the body?

I have been diagnosed with several conditions over the years, most notable Lupus, as well as non epileptic seizures (they do not know what is causing them, but it is not a misfiring within the brain, although the cardiologist believes it has to do with my low blood pressure)

Recently I went to get a new prescription of glasses (two years ago i broke my newest pair, and had been wearing 6 year old ones for that time) I finally was able to afford new glasses. I have been having visual trouble for most of the interim 2 year,s but chalked it up to the old glasses.

The Eye dr told me i had an inflamed optic never and needed to see a specialist immediately. Fast forward through all the test. The LP (spinal tap) produced a starting pressure of 280 and ending of 190. I have lost 30% of my vision due to the pressure on my optic nerve, and they diagnosed it as psudeotumor ceribri (sp?) ( I had never had a previous LP to compare those numbers with)

While all this is going on i have been having severe pelvic pain right above the pubis bone. As a female, I assumed it to be GYN related and saw mine, and they after putting me on the pill for several months to see if it help, did laparoscopic surgery to see if it was endometriosis. It was not, and there were no other signs of what might be causing the pain.

I have also seen a urologist and they scoped the bladder and found no reason for the pain besides a narrowing of the urethra, which while may cause trouble emptying the bladder would not cause the extreme pain i have been experiencing.

So in the end, my question comes down to this. Is it possible because of the high pressure in the spine and brain, that it might be pressing on nerves, or not interpreting the pain correctly? Im not sure if the question makes complete sense, but i imagine it something like, the pressure is pressing on the part of my brain (or nerves) that feel pelvic pain and thus it hurts with no other explanation.

I am a 25 year old female.
