Can anyone advise me as to whether it is nothing or something to worry about?

I am a 25 year old female, no children.
About a year ago, maybe more, I noticed a small soft moveable lump in the right side of my lower neck, about 6 cm above my clavicle. The doctor said it was a slightly enlarged lymph node and they can flare up from time to time. So I didn't worry. Month after month and I find it is still there.
I recently found a lump in my left breast on the upper outer quadrant which is best felt on when I lie on my right side. It is hard, almost cyclinder in shape but not so perfectly smooth although no gritty/lumpy feel either. It was not painful until I was touching it for hours and trying to move it, which I'm 70% sure that it does. Now it is more tender but that goes away when I haven't man handled it. I would guess the lump is approximately 5cm in length and between .5/1cm. Going NW to SE.Again I noticed the lump about 5 months ago but it was smaller and a lot less palable and I read online that we can get lumpy breast and so put it down to being a young woman. I have now seen my doctor who has referred me to the breast clinic and I have an appointment in 10 days. When I mentioned about the swollen lymph node in my neck he practically ignored what I had said and just stated "unrelated". And that was the end of that discussion.
I suppose what I would like is for some guidance as to whether I should raise the lymph node again or whether I should just try to forget about it.
My symptoms over the last two years have been:
Random tiredness- seems like all the time
Itchy legs, mainly at night but not limited to that, They do not have a rash just red after I've scratched them to death! And does not respond to any medication/cream.
Bouts of nausea
Tiny tiny red spots that seem to appear daily- almost like tiny burst blood vessel but circular; like a thin pen dotting me on chest, arms, hands, stomach and thighs.

I would gratefully recieve any thoughts on this, I feel like I can't talk to my doctor.

Hello~I think you definitely need to tell the doctor about the lump on your neck and other symptoms as well, if he won't listen to you, then fire him and see another.

I am glad you are going to have the lump in your breast checked, the description you gave makes me very leery, it could be nothing, but then again, it could be cancerous and that could be causing the other issues as well. I am not trying to alarm you, but, you do need to know the seriousness of it and to really make the doctor give you answers.
