Can anyone help?

Ever since I've had my first child, I've had moments where I start to get lightheaded, my legs feel really weak and I have to grab something to help hold me up, my vision grays out around the edges, sometimes completely covering my vision, making me blind. I get shortness of breath and can still think proper thought but cant seem to make myself make any noise. After anywhere from a few seconds to even a full minute my vision comes back and I feel fine, all except the headache afterwards that fades away after another minute or two. It can happen seemingly anytime; maybe 2-3 times a day to 2-3 times a mth whether I'm doing normal activites or not. I admit to not having medicare so I havent had this checked by a doctor, but I wanted to know if it was just something simple that can be helped with a change of diet or even just a certain vitamin before I even tried a doctor. Can anyone help?

it sounds like you having panic attacks but would get yourself checked out.

Possibly 'Anaemia' or 'migraine aura'. But also one should rule out 'petitmal'(Minor) type convulsions.Do consult your doc.
