Can not eat and low on B12 ab pain

I have been told I am low on Vitamin D, B-12, and has chronic pancreatitis.  The problem is that I can not go a day
without being so nauseated.  I had the Neisen Fundeldoplacation Surgery and can not relieve my nausea by regurgitating.  I sweat constantly and try to drink Gatorade.  I am suppose to see a Liver Specialist soon.

I also have no energy and crying all the time.  I am basically inbound at home because I never know why I am going to have diarrhea or so dizzy I might fall.

My new Gastro Doc wanted me to go to E.R.

But, every time I go, They do the blood work but nothing comes up?

What could be wrong with my Liver?  Or whatever?

Thanks

Once, back in oh 10 years one doctor told me I probably have Celiac Sprue.  I wonder if I shouldn't ask my new Gastro Doc that question.  I must look online for a Gluten Free
Recipes.  Thanks so much.  As I was very ill the past week, muscle aches, high fever,
going to the bathroom, and nausea.  My Doctor wanted me to go to E.R.  I have no way.
Can not use Ambulance.  Daughters' do not understand, they think I am a hypochondriac.

Have you ruled out Celiac disease? Diarrhea with painful cramping, nausea and dizziness were my main symptoms. I suffered for five years before I figured it out. The docs diagnosed me with IBS, but never tested for gluten antibodies. If you try a gluten free diet for a week, you would be able to see if it makes a difference. Vitamin B-12 and vitamin D anemia are common in persons with celiac disease. Hang in there, you're not alone. I hope you get diagonsed and feel better very soon.
