Can anyone help? . . .  I'm suffering with severe headaches which feels like me head is very tight and feels as though it has its own pulse. Also the top of my neck has been aching, i keep getting dark spots with light around them in my vision. I've also been suffering with shakes mainly in my arms but can be in my legs too, when it happens i just cant move.  Nausea is another sympton i've been having with sicky hiccoughs waking in the night constantly feeling drowsy and dizzy. This has been happening the past two and a half weeks. Not been able to get in at the doctors yet =/. Any help or anyone who's suffering frim same/similar symptons would be great thanks

Try a different doc. or even go to the ER. When migraines get bad sometimes the only thing to do is sleep. I once had a migraine that lasted for three days and I got body shivers so bad I went to the ER twice to get shots. I kinda felt like a idiot but when they get that bad and there is nothing you can do to relieve them you gotta do something. Like TXHopie says try and chart what you are doing and things you eat and drink to see if you have a trigger. Mine is some types of  chinese food, too much caffine, and storms. There are a lot of different types of migraines. You need a doctor that will work with you and get you the med. you need. I take Imitrex shots. The pills don't work that well for me. It also would not hurt to have a ct scan done to rule out any problems there. Hope you get some help soon. Keep us posted on your progress.

Light doesnt seem to affect it at all when it first started i tried staying out of the light sitting in a dark room etc. but it didnt help. I've tried paracetomol but it has no affect. Finally got in at the doctors this morning and he just said i had a viral infection in my throat? Didnt check my head or eyes just my throat? It just seems to get worse, it goes for a bit then comes back worse than ever. I was told that I had to talk paracetomol and it will go in 2 - 7 days, but i've already had it longer than that as I explained to my doctor. I'm getting quite concerned with it now my arm was having a proper spasm this morning more than just the shakes i've been experiencing. Went for advice at the pharmacy and they mentioned migraines and adviced my to go to the doctors, but he just wont help ='[ I hope it isnt too serious.

Sounds like you are having pretty bad attacks of aura migraines.  I have them sometimes, too.  The aura is the figure in your vision that could really make you feel even worse than before.  Are you really light sensitive with these migraines?  I have really bad migraines too, currently go to a neurologist (although it hasn't done much good).  I've tried a couple different migraine medicines but nothing has been able to prevent them so far.  I'd suggest going to your regular doctor to discuss these migraines.  The best thing you could do to prepare for the appt is to keep a log of how you feel, note any symptoms, what you eat and drink (those could be triggers), and any medications you take and when.  Bring that with you to your appt and hopefully after they review it they can refer you to a neurologist.  Then you can talk with the specialist about these symptoms in greater detail and they could run tests on you like CT scans and MRI.

Have you been diagnosed with migraines? They can be horrible. The only thing that I have not had and you have is the hiccups. Don't give up on going to the doctors you need to know what is causing these problems but a otc like excedrin migraine may bring a little relief.  Hope you get into the doctor and feel better soon. If things get worse go to the ER. Migraines can be caused by many things and some of them can be serious. Best of luck to you.
