Chest Burns when i breath

my chest burns on the right side when i breath in..sometimes the burning vibrates to my right hand too..i have been having this for 2 days now but it got worse today..what could this be? im 19 by the way and spend a lot of time behind the laptop on my bed..could this be something related to that? it doesnt feel like its a pulled muscle to me, it feels like the burning is deep inside and it doesnt hurt when i press on it...
