maybe somebody here can help me... my left foot is swollen at the front of my foot and toes. it hurts tremendously. my index finger and the area around my index finger on my right hand is swollen and hurts real bad too. my heel on my left foot hurts as well and my neck. i've been aching all over lately, but the worst parts are my foot, hand and neck. i have a serious lack of movement in all those areas and my muscles hurt too. i've been to about 7 different doctors and nobody has been able to diagnose me with anything. help me, please?

Yes... if not heart .. then have them check your Gaul-badder.. pregnacy increase chances of having glaul-bladder attracts/stones
If you are short of breath or the pain is so bad you cannot speak, go to the ER. If the pain travels to your arm or toward your back, go to the ER. I am not a doctor, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is heartburn, or acid reflux. It can be so bad it feels like a heart attack.
Does your OB have a number you can call during off hours? Sometimes insurance companies have a "nurse line" where you can call and talk about your symptoms and they help you figure out if it is serious enough for urgent care or the ER.
That's a tough one, but it doesn't sound typical of cardiac pain. Unfortunately not everybody has typical pain. But I would call your Ob-Gyn's office and run it by them first because there can be so many weird pains during pregnancy. Unless you are at high risk for cardiac disease for some reason, and then I'd call 911.
