Yes! Please go back to the doctor immediately, ASAP. This pain in the chest that feels like someone is pinching could be a sign of blockage of the stent. It could also be a sign of rejection of stent. On the other hand many patients feel some sort of chest pains after stents which are not related to stent at all. It is often due to the procedure done in the arteries that is later felt as chest discomfort. However without a doctor examining you, it is impossible to know what could be causing these symptoms.
