Chest discomfort when first moving at night

44 yr old male:

Anybody ever get anything like this?

For a few weeks now this has been a problem. Every time I wake in the night at first I usually feel ok, but if I do anything other than not move and go back to sleep, my center chest feels tight and feels like my heart beats hard. Tonight it was triggered by taking a deep breath, normally something as simple as changing position will bring it on. It's quite uncomfortable, I can't tell if this is what has woken me up and it takes me a few seconds to feel anything, or if it's the movement that brings it on.
I'm not very active, I don't do much exercise but I do the odd 5 mins of yoga, maybe some sit ups and push ups in the week.
