Chest pain, shortness of breath, what is happening?

Hello, I am a 32 year old male. All of my symptoms started about two months ago. I get this chest pressure as well as pain radiating into the left shoulder blade. I get very short of breath and dizzy until the shortness of breath subsides. It happens every day, multiple times a day. I am even having trouble sleeping. When I close my eyes to sleep it feels like my heart is slowing down, then suddenly I get this jolting sensation into my chest and I can't breathe. I have been to the ER several times and have seen a Cardiologist as well as a GI specialist. My EKGs have all come back normal (I've had like 6 in the last two months). I have also had an Echocardiogram, Blood Tests, Stress Test and chest xrays. I even had an Ultrasound of my liver, pancreas, and gallbladder. All of these have come back normal. I just completed an Endoscopy last week where a small ulcer was found, but I am not really having stomach pain. I am to the point where I don't know what to do because it constantly feels like I am fighting for air. I would like to think after all these tests that my heart would be operating normally and that it isn't my heart, but the way I feel seems otherwise. I really need help as I am at my wits end. Before this happened I was working out and running daily, now I can't even play with my son without getting out of breath easily. Any advice, even to make me feel better at this point would be appreciate.

Hi,
I too have felt some of the same symptoms. My chest has hurt for around 4 weeks now and the doctors I have been seeing have not given it the time of day and I feel as though are just really slow. They have diagnosed me so far with GERD or esophagitis, and given me Omperazole but have not felt better.
From reading online and talking to some friends who are doctors I have come up with some possibilities for shortness of breath, chest pains, etc. First some have said its a food intolerance like lactose or gluten, and others have said it is stress related.
I had a panic attack the other week because I felt as though my chest pains were worsening and my stress became very high.
While I have been waiting for the doctors to help me I have tried to stay calm and relax as much as I can, and tried to eat a ton of veggies and stay away from foods that promote acid reflex etc. Have you tried that?
