Hi,
Any heaviness in the chest and breathing difficulty should not be taken lightly. I’ll suggest getting an ECG done and you might need a stress ECG. An x-ray / CT scan of the chest should also be done to rule out the lung pathology. The cause of such symptoms can be due to angina, pleuritis etc.  I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

I am having the same feeling, but mine is on the left.  I have seen every dr. and had heart test, but that has been okay.  I am at an alleg. now and it could be asthema.  It feels like I hava an elephant sitting on my chest somethimes.  Maybe you see an alleg.and check on asth.    I am just came down with it in Sept., but there is such thing as seasonal asth.  I am being tried on med. now after having a mediocre breathing test. It is frustrating and scary.  Good luck
