Chronic Muscle Pain, Nerve Pain, Myofascial Pain

I'm new to this site, but was reading many questions about muscle pain, shooting, stabbing, stinging, and other pains, which I get anywhere in my body, as well as nerve pains such as what I describe as the sensation of goose bumps but it's internal, The doctors call this electrical sensations.  I also have other nerve symptoms, such as, I will feel like there's a wet patch of clothing against my skin, when the clothing is actually dry.

I'm wondering if any of you have investigated Lyme Disease Or other tick born infections.
In my case, it was the answer to my chronic muscle pains.  By answer, I don't mean cure, I mean the explanation.
