Chronic Sore Throat, Recurring Fever/Cold

Hello,

I'm male, 20 years of age, normally healthy, however:

Ever since I got the flu last December I never seem to have recovered. For the past 6 months I have had these symptoms:

- Low Grade Fever (up to 37.5 degrees Celsius) with sore throat, minimal coughing that returns Every Month. I've had about six fevers now for the past half year.
- Chronic sore throat.
- Easily sweats: after a nap, a walk, etc.

It seems like my fevers won't go high, nor will it go away. The puzzling thing is I've been eating well, taking Multivitamins and Vitamin C everyday, sleeping 8+ hours everyday and exercising, i.e. everything under the book. I don't know how else to live my life! I've even dropped a lot of courses to put time into sleep.

I went to multiple doctors but they all said the same thing: just a cold/flu. I've done blood tests, urine tests and thyroid tests but all come out fine.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I've been trying ColdFX/ColdAssist but they do not seem to have any visible effect. What are the effectiveness of ginseng products and Echinacea on boosting the immune system? Are there more effective drugs/methods (other than vitamins, which I take everyday) for immune boosting purposes? Am I taking too much ginseng so that it's having a side effect?

n yeah the things u mentioned they r not the side effects of ginseng..continue the multivitamins for sure,,

take ampicillin or augmentin for sorethroat ..it will kill the bacteria n the fever cuz of it will vanish..in case its viral cold than this wont help but viral cases resolve themselves in 5-6 days there's no medication for that,,.just relax all ur tests r normal ..this will help I.A..God bless u..regards
