Chronic fatigue, help!!

Hi I'm 32 and I suffer from chronic fatigue. It sort of comes and goes, it has peaked this way (but never this bad) in the past and every time I went for a check up they ruled out thyroid issues. I am Anaemic because I have had very heavy periods since the age of thirteen and haven't skipped a period in my life, I take iron supplements and try to eat iron rich foods where I can. Well I'm struggling with fatigue again and this time it's worse than I've ever experienced it. I feel sleepy ALL THE TIME (complete with constant yawning, watery eyes, tired body) despite jogging daily and getting eight hours of sleep. I don't know what to do please give me any advise you may have. Thank you
