Chronic pain in legs and chest ! Suggetions appreciated

Anyone who knows me will know I,m one of many on here who has no proper dx (apart from unknown neurological movement disorder ) and other neurological problems .  Here we go again !During the last few days Ive had chronic severe pain in my legs if I take a few steps ( which is the maximum I can do anyway) or if I  sit in a chair  with my feet on the floor . If I sit on the couch with my legs raised it goes away after 10 mins or so. Could this be related to muscle atrophy ? Thanx Chris
