Circular hole like denton the top half of my calf

I have had this hole like dent on the top of my calf since I was a child im in my 30s now.  When I squat or bend my legthe hole becomes a bump and when you push on it it it seems to be hallow.  It has never botherd me before but lately is has been bothering me.  I have one on my other leg too.  the other leg does not bother me.
