Cold, dizzy, lightheaded,

Lately I am almost always feeling cold and takes my hands and feet a very long time to harm up, espeically in the evenings.  Also during the day at work, more and more lately, almost every day, I have been feeling dizzy, lightheaded and feel nausea. I wait till it passes but normaly comes back many times thruout the day.  Makes it worse when I look at my cellphone often or computer.  Used to have very bad migraines (see zig zag lines and blurry vision) and have had depression issues in the near past, that sometimes still come and go.  Could this all be related.

The computer, and certain lighting can cause migraines as well as stress. Since you have migraines it is possible that your other symptoms are connected. To be sure you probably should get your fasting blood sugar tested and blood pressure. The cold feet may be a circulation issue but isn't that uncommon..

I have had some of the same symptoms and more.  Right now I have been having waves of panic, low level dizziness, freezing cold, buzzing or ringing in my ears (head), nausea, sensitivity to sound, and trouble concentrating.  Watching television and reading can be tough, so can looking in the mirror.  I used to have migraines as well.  I believe it is all related and wish I could get a definitive diagnosis and some real help with the medical profession.  I have had several diagnoses, the most recent being labyrinthitis (inflammation of the inner ear).  This diagnosis means there is nothing they can do and I just have to wait til it goes away--2 weeks like this now-ugh! Find a good internal medicine doctor and get checked out.  If the dizziness and nausea come when you are changing positions, it could be BPPV (positional vertigo)
