Cold Right Arm and Hand
I have noticed that my right arm and hand never warm up in the winter. Now, as I'm typing, my right hand/arm is very cold to the touch but my left is normal. This is exacerbated when I run outside in the winter. My right arm/hand never warm up even though I'm sweating from the exercise.
Not sure if this is something I should be worried about.

This could be caused by a few problems. You could have thyriod problem, or for some reason that arm is not getting as much blood circulation. Take a fish oil suppliment and it will help with blood flow.
I got the same problem! please help. Especially when I am sitting and using my PC!
Thanks for the info. I'll check it out with my doc. Forgot to ask him about it last week when I saw him.
Maybe getting a vascular workup is in order. Since it is limited to one arm runbiker, I think this is a good thing to start with to make sure there are no blockages. Also if that does not help, they maybe could run rheumatological tests at your regular physician's office. Does your arm/hand turn colors? Does it ever get cold even when you are really upset or stressed out? I have Raynauds. Both my fingers and feet turn colors, but this is even when I am inside the house. I think this is something you should get checked out soon, to make sure your circulation is ok. Good luck
