Cold Sensation Like Ice Touching Skin

I have Sjogren's Syndrome and believe I have central nervous system involvement. So I have had tingling and numbness but just recently there is one spot on the back of my right leg that feels like someone is holding a piece of ice right on top of my skin. It comes and goes, but seems to come more than it goes. Any ideas anyone?
