Cold and more

I'm cold is being going on for a while and is hours at the time I don't have temp but I'm freezing and it hurts my whole body . Is being like this for 4 to 5 days know my stomach started to hurt and I don't know what to do my hands feel in pain and the feel like the are burning , and my head is killing me please somebody help me I don't have insurance and is so expensive to go to the doctor. Please help and thank you

You could be having viral fever. Take something for fever and antihistamines and see if it helps. Drink plenty of hot fluids like soup, herbal tea, warm lemonade etc. If this does not help test for Vit B12 deficiency. Low intrinsic factor in gut that hampers absorption of B12, pernicious anemia, parasites in the gut, diet poor in Vit B12, Crohn;s disease, IBS, or poor metabolism by liver are the causes behind it. Please consult a doctor to rule these out. Take a diet rich in Vit B12 which should include meat and animal products, cheese, such as beef, liver, salmon, cod, and eggs. Take B12 supplements and breakfast cereals fortified with vitamin B12. Finding the cause is important.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP to run tests and examination to clinch a diagnosis.

I had being fine the whole day I even went to the gym, a couple of hours later I'm cols and feel just like the day before , I forgot to mentioned is my time of the month , this is weird I'm in pain and very cold I had a low grade fever yesterday and today I do again please help and I don't gave any diabetic problems . By the way I gave asta and very bad allergies and suffering from polyps growing on my nasal cavity please help .
