Complicated case, multiple xrays and c-t scans and urine tests came back negative...

This problem started occuring about a month or more ago, it first started with a pain in my lower right abdomen, near where I had a inguinal hernia 6 years ago, however this subsided a week after it occured and the pain began to manifest itself in my left side of my torso, to the left of my heart. I had 2 xrays performed on my chest and they came back negative for any problems, the C-T scan also came back negative, and a ultrasound on my lower right abdomen also came back negative as well as a urine test done at the emergency room. The pain in my left side was a throbbing, not so much a pain, more so an extreme discomfort. Now the pain is not a throbbing one, but more of a tingling sensation along the mid section of my torso, focused in the center but also tingles on the right and left side of my mid torso from time to time, as well as increasingly frequent bouts of light headedness, and when I begin walking; for the first few mins I will feel increased breathing difficulties, but they subside as I continue to walk. Earlier I felt pressure increasing in the center of my chest, the pressure built for about 20 mins, then died down slowly over a 30 min period. When I was at the hospital they also did a EKG and blood pressure tests (multiple times as a result of 3 ER visits)but both came back with no abnormalities. I'm 21 years old and all 7 doctors I have seen, (3 from ER, 1 Surgeon, and 3 general practicioners) have all told me they don't know whats wrong, and if any of my vital signs start to fail I should go to the hospital and they can take care of me at that point, unfortunatly for me, this doesnt seem like a promising course of treatment. Please help me, I feel like something bad is going on, but I have no idea what it is, and the lack of help from my doctors in finding out whats wrong is probably contributing to the illness as a result of my anxiety over the issue and making the symptoms worse.

With consultations with that many physicians, it is unlikely that I can come up with something new over the internet.

Regarding the abdominal pain, you can consider a colonoscopy to rule out masses, polyps or inflammatory bowel disease.  If negative, along with the negative imaging studies, you can consider irritable bowel syndrome.  Antispasmodics, antibiotics like Rifaxamin, or tricyclic antidepressants can be considered.

Regarding the chest pain, I would first rule out cardiac disorders.  Obtaining a stress echocardiogram can be considered to evaluate for coronary artery disease as well as structural heart abnormalities.  If negative, chest and pulmonary causes can be evaluated with a chest CT.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

I have no other medical conditions besides night time acid reflux, no allergies, only health problem I really ever had was the hernia, caused by exercise.

right after I wrote this, I laid down and began to feel a pain in my right testicle, that has never happened before, then the normal pulsating sensation resumed going from my abdomin (abdomen) (quickly subsided) up to my mid torso (where it normally pulsates) and my heart rate jumped up for a min or two, as soon as I sat down to right this, it is gone just that fast.
