Concentration

Why at the age of 41 do I have problems concentrating and even sometimes understanding my childrens homework. I get very testy and my patients gets very thin.


This discussion is related to fuzzy head, constant head cold, can't concentrate, bad memory, fluid in head.

Sleep disorders can cause your symptoms. Talk to your doctor if that's a possibility with you.

Thanks for writing to the forum!
This could be due to onset of menopause that causes several hormonal changes in the body. In all probability a hormone replacement therapy should help you.

Apart from this eat a nutritious diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Exercise in fresh air.
I would strongly recommend you to see a gynecologist. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.  Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
