Confusing Symptoms

Hi,

I have a mixture of symptoms and would really like some answers! I have had pain in my lower abdomen for a couple of weeks, the pain will often change and move to different areas and is currently in my back (lower left side).

I have been weeing more frequently that usual and this happened last month around the same time, but it does NOT feel like cystitus (which i have had several times before).

I have days when I feel sick and have frequent headaches and dizziness.

My nipples are quite tender also and this also happened around the same time last month.

Me and my partner have been trying for a baby for the last 2 months - so i'm hoping its pregnancy but it doesnt feel like it (if that makes sense).

I also have been getting indigestion frequently and have odd bowel movements - i go from being constipated to having diorhea!

PLEASE help!!!!

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you have missed periods, then take a pregnancy test and see. Other than IBS or spastic colon you could be suffering from Celiac Disease/Ulcerative Colitis/ Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, diabetes, food intolerance, malabsorption syndromes, constipation, gallbladder and liver problems, pancreatic dysfunction, or taking a diet rich in sulfites. Cancers of the gut and in female ovarian cancer too could be a cause (less likely in your case). It would be wise to rule out PCOD as well.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP and gynecologist to run tests and examination to clinch a diagnosis. Take care!
