Constant Back pain and pain under ribs

For the last 6 months I have been experiencing the following symptoms, with little or not sign of them going away or even getting closer to determining the cause.

Symptoms
Every morning, I wake up with severe back pain, across the centre of my back.  Throughout the day, this will ease but the pain will then be felt from under my right rib area, through to my back.  This is constant.  Sometimes when waking up I struggle to breathe but other days not so bad.

I have had blood test for spondylitis

It sounds like liver or gallbladder pain. You should have your Liver enzymes checked, and a scan or ultrasound of your liver and gallbladder area.
