Constant dizziness and lightheaded

I am a 32 year old female.  I was diagnosed ten years ago with pernicious anemia.  I haven't been back to the that doctor since.  The past few weeks I have had extreme dizziness and feel like I am gonna pass out.  This is a constant ongoing thing here lately.  I have a doctor's appt. next Wednesday.  Just wanting to get some suggestions before hand.  I also have had a full hsyterectomy in 2003.  Don't know if this has anything to do with it or not.  Any help would be appreciated!!

I've had constant dizziness for several months now. I had catscans done, xrays, blood tests etc. all the doctor can come up with is Vertigo. I am at a loss also because now that I've x'd out all the possibilities I still have an elevated white blood cell count. Try to go to an ENT (ear, nose and throat) doctor, if anything you can rule out that it may or may not be an inner ear infection.
