Constant shakiness, tremor

What could cause this? I developed this about 9 months ago after overmedicating myself with thyroid hormones ( I am hypothyroid ). It hasn't relented no matter what I did with my dosage. I lowered my dosage slowly over those 9 months and have now been off medicine completely for over a month. I know I should be on meds and plan on going back on them soon, but I just wanted to see if being off them would fix this. It hasn't.

I always feel shaky. When I hold my hands out they shake, a lot, no matter what. Even right when I wake up in the morning I am shaky. Sometimes when I put my body in positions that stress my body it shakes, such as bending over for something. It is not effecting my quality of life tremendously, but I know there is a cause to it and want to address the underlying cause.

Background info on me- I'm a 20 year old male, in good shape, I don't drink a lot of caffeine or consume stimulants, nor do I have much stress. This issue is not being influenced by external circumstances, like stress or anything.

Magnesium and vitamin B12 deficiency both list tremors and they are both common deficiencies of hypothyroidism. Hyperthyroidism can really speed up magnesium depletion.  You may have sugar issues/adrenal issues which also list tremors as symptoms.  Google "Recommended Labwork Stop The Thyroid Madness" for more info on what is commonly found to be deficient with hypothyroidism. I would also check saliva pH levels with litmus paper. Tremors can be from the blood being too alkaline or acidic.

I should of said a pH imbalance of the body's fluids. The blood pH is strictly regulated and while you can have certain medical conditions cause a blood pH imbalance, it will cause more than tremors and may be fatal.
