Constipation, vomiting and diahrrea

Can anyone help me?  5 years ago I had Gastric Bypass.  I have a hernia that I have not had treated yet, It's up high I think from an incision.  About 2 months ago I had a bizzare incident and again last night.  It starts with cramping, like I have to go to the bathroom.  When I sit on the toilet to go, my mouth starts to water and I start to dry heave or it's stomach bile, (foamy).  I will continually do this pattern none stop for about  4-5 hours.  I have a bowel movement, I dry heave, my legs start to shake uncontrolably.  I sit on the toilet with a bucket between my legs.  After about 5 hours I stop vomiting and then the flood gates open and I have severe diahrrea (very watery).  This is aweful I just want to die... Can anyone help??????  Thanks Kel

Do you go to ****.com? I had gastric bypass as well. I visit these boards as well as that one.  I am not sure if I have advice cause its sounds a little different from things I have experienced. Its almost like you have had dumping syndrome, which can cause diarreah. I would definately keep a log of what you are eating and see if you can narrow it down to a food intolerance. Can you drink milk or eat milk by products? Anyway, if you post it on OH you might get more replies.
