Dermatology condition: can anyone help?

Hello, I have had a dermatological condition for some time and I'm not sure what it is. I know I should see a dermatologist, but the financial situation keeps me from doing it.
The following photo shows how the rashes on my face are (they are just in the facial region). There is no itching, redness or discharge. It usually improves with an antiallergic cream that I bought, containing Ketoconazole, Betamethasone and Neomycin, which are anti-inflammatory, antifungal and anti-allergic agents. However, even applying cream, the condition only improves while I apply daily, but it always comes back as soon as I take a break for a few days.

Thank you in advance!
