Diarrhea 12 days so far

Hi, I am not sure if I have a bug, but I ate something undercooked 2 weeks ago then I started to have bad diarrhea issues with cramping since then...This only happens after I eat. I have a history of IBS, normally constipated always, lactose intolergant and GERD and chronic gastrits/hiatal hernia. I am only taking potassium on occasion, nothing else right now and no dairy. A week prior I had a CBC that was normal.

If its a viral bug which I do feel sickish does it take this long for diarrhea to continue after eating?

Thank you. I think that's what I will have to do just in case. I am a bit better, but I still can't eat anything with fiber or dairy.

I think you have to see a Dr. so that he can investigate this, do not seat and wait, it may get worse.
