Did my fiance have a heart attack/stroke? Or is this the beginning signs of it?

Im asking this for my fiance. He is 27 and was told at work he has high blood pressure. Works in the Sun all day. He's been having HORRIBLE headaches. Mostly after sex. Charlie horses in his legs too. The other night immediately after sex he said he had a headache and started breathing really really weird, almost holding his breath. He didn't remember any of this. He was clenching his fists together and his fingers looked really weird. This lasted for about a minute. Afterwards he opened his eyes and looked almost like he wasnt even there. He kept saying his vision was blurry and he couldn't see. Once again, tonight after sex he got a bad headache and blurry vision. His chest gets tight sometimes and sometimes his toes go numb out of no where. Could this be a mini heart attack? Or stroke? He is very stubborn about going to the doctor so im looking for someone's input on what might be happening! Thanks ahead of time!!

He needs to see a doctor for a work up.

Magnesium can help lower blood pressure and muscle cramps. Potassium foods/drinks will help balance as well. Stay away from table salt. With high blood pressure you need to be careful but some sodium is needed to balance electrolytes. Celtic salt has trace minerals.
