Disturbing symptoms caused by certain foods

Whenever I eat fatty for protein-rich foods (including beans and avocados), I get a multitude of disturbing symptoms:

-frequent belching
-heartburn
-cloudy urine (thick, not clear whatsoever)
-mental fog
-minor ataxia
-moodiness

The only foods I can safely eat are non-fat vegetables with little protein. This makes life much less enjoyable. The symptoms caused by eating anything else cause great stress.

I have been to the doctor once (I have no insurance) and I got a blood test. Everything is within normal range. However, I suspect that things change after I eat these foods.

I really appreciate your time and effort. Even if you are unsure of what may be causing this, please take your time to make a suggestion, even if you have to state you are unsure.

I am clueless.

Since it is a problem digesting fats my guess would be that you have a gallbladder problem (you gallbladder stores the bile that digests fats). Unfortunately, the only way to know for sure is to have tests done. Many areas have clinics and/or programs for uninsured adults...you may want to check in your area for resources. If there is a nearby medical school with a teaching hospital, you may be able to get treatment there...call them and ask :)

well just so you know you can call your local hospital and talk to a nurse about any thing that is on your mind i do it all the time. Studies have shown Avocados from Mexico contribute nearly 20 different types of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that can help your body function normally there could be a chance that your body is getting too much of one of these vitamine just an idea
