Dizziness, spaced out feeling, head pain, sinus pressure and feeling shaky

For the past 4 years I have been experiencing horrible symptoms. It seemed that the whole thing started as a sinus infection but then I went for a CT scan of sinuses and they were clear. I have been having symptoms of dizziness, head pain, shakiness and a spaced out kind of foggy feeling like i am watching my life from the outside - all day every day. There are some times for a couple of hours during the day that the symptoms may lift and give me a few moments to live- but not much. I have been to about 30 doctors- including ENT's allergists, neurologists, chiropracters, opthamologists. psychologists, dentists and everything else u can think of. All CT scans, MRI of brain and blood work keep coming back clean and ok. Nothing I try seems to work. There was a period of time about 3 and a half years ago that the symptoms lifted for about 4 months and then it returned full force. Some of the weird parts are that the shakiness seems to be seasonal - coming in spring and lasting thru summer and its miserable like a tingling pins and needles sensation thru out my body. I have also been getting what some doctors seem to diagnose as recurring sinus infections- like 10 a year- i take anti biotics and i feel slightly better until the next infection but i still have the other symtoms while I am on the medication.  I have hay fever and allergies to mold dust...Every doctor tried diagnosing something different- like migraines or TMJ or some sort of other odd thing. I've tried tons of medications. I dont usually have all the symptoms at once...they kind of take turns.  One doctor suggested moving to Arizona as it may be a sinus issue but the ENT's say I have no sinus isue- just regular allergies and the allergists say that they have never seen symptoms like these for allergies. I tried psychologists even though the ony reason I am stressed out is cuz I can never live....before this sickness I was the happiest person around- and even psychologists turned me away as normal.  Is there anyone out there that may know something that can help me - please??......I can not go on like this anymore

Sorry for the delay. Yes, the shots of wheatgrass do help do not as much as I thought they would. I take 2oz every day. I dont play sports but I do work out which actually I havent in about 2 weeks simply from the fear of getting a dizzy spell. I think my problem may be associated with my sinus' and pressure in my inner ear which may be why the wheat grass isnt totally affective. But my Dr gave me nasal spray to clear that up and it didn't help either. I literally feel like Im on the verge of stroke sometimes even though my risk factor is low. Honestly, the thing that was 100% affective was a total body toxin cleanse called perfect cleanse by garden of life prior to a 80% raw diet which is includes a lot of juicing and supplements like digestive enzymes, probiotics and collogen. Unfortunately I fell off the wagon and now my symptoms are worse than ever. A lifestyle change that drastic in a society where processed foods is simply 'what's for dinner" is very difficult. But when I did it, it made all the difference. The wheat grass however, I highly recommend regardless for overall health. Look up the benefits of it and you'll see why.

I also suffer from clinical anxiety and panic disorder which dont help!!! it's a nightmare!

Hey, the feeling of losing blood/oxygen to the brain is exactly how I would sum it up for me as well. Do you play sports at all or exert yourself running or anything and feel really light headed when you do this? I play hockey once/week and when I really get going I feel like i'm going to pass out but I never do. I kind of take the foot off the petal sort of speak and the feeling will subside after about a half a minute or so. You say shots of wheatgrass work? I'm looking for ideas, will definitely try that out. Keep me posted if you don't mind and I will do the same with you on anything you try out. I'm currently trying the neti pot, sudafed, improving my diet, and exercising more to see how if affects my symptoms.

I've had my thyroid checked, plenty of blood work, etc. It started with what was obviously panic disorder or generalized anxiety but over the years the symptoms have changed. The lightheaded feeling is just very strange. Almost like a TIA but without other TIA symptoms and no risk factors involved. If I had to sum up the way it felt, I would say it felt like I was loosing blood/oxygen to my brain. I even started to drink shots of wheatgrass everyday since the chlorophyll highly oxygenates the blood. The symptoms got better but still persist at times. It's kinda scary to think so many people suffer the same but out of everyone, not one of us has seen a doctor who can explain.
