Dizziness/Passing out

This is actually about my son who is 20 years old.  What would cause him to get dizzy and "black out" as he called it while he is just driving down the road?  I don't have too much to go on at this time.  He did tell me that he hasn't been sleeping very good lately.  He usually sleeps really good though.  Really worried about this cause it caused him to veer off the left side of the road and roll his jeep, which is now totaled.  He is actually lucky to be alive by the looks of the pictures I saw of the vehicle.  Worried it was actually a seizure or something and he just didn't realize it.  He is in really good shape and does construction work.  Does anyone have any advice of any kind?

It can be an eye or head problem that is best seen by a doctor. It would be dangerous for him to continue working without knowing what caused the dizziness and black out issues. I suggest that you get immediate attention to it before serious accidents happen.

It happens to me every once in a while. It can be because of his sleeping issues or stress. Have your son take anything to help him sleep and see if that will make it better if not go to the doctor.
