Dizziness and Digestive Problems--Help!

I have been experiencing lower abdominal discomfort, nausea, dizziness, and indigestion symptoms for over a month now.  I am also lightheaded quite often.  I am nursing my 9 month old daughter and recently went off the mini-pill.  I thought I was pregnant but blood test was negative.  Doctor did full blood and urine--all negative results, no problems.  Past two days symptoms seem to have moved to my stomach.  I have severe heartburn and stomach upset, no matter what I eat.  Strangely enough, I always feel better after 8 pm.  I am sleeping okay.  Doctor has diagnosed me with indigestion and put me on famotidine, 40 mg, twice per day.  The dizziness really worries me because I am taking care of my baby.  Please help!

how is your blood test?
Any other problem you can recall like eye, ear or nose, throat, headache, chest pain, racing heart?
